We partner with leading U.S. shipping carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. This policy outlines our shipping scope, processing times, methods, fees, and other important details.
1. Shipping Scope

Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), and APO/FPO military addresses. Standard, express, and overnight shipping options are available for most locations.

International Shipping: Currently, drapebd.com does not offer direct international shipping. However, international customers can use a U.S.-based freight forwarder to receive their orders. We will ship your order to the U.S. address provided by the freight forwarder, and the forwarder will handle the international shipping, customs clearance, and delivery to your final destination. Please note: We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or delays caused by the freight forwarder or international customs processes.

All returns for international orders must be shipped back to our U.S. warehouse (see Return Policy for details).
2. Order Processing Time
Order processing time refers to the time between when you place your order and when it is shipped from our warehouse. It does not include shipping transit time. Processing times vary based on the type of product and order volume:

Standard Products: Processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day will be prioritized for same-day processing (if inventory is available).

Customized/Personalized Products: Processed within 3-7 business days, depending on the complexity of the customization (e.g., engraved jewelry may take longer than printed apparel). We will send you an email with the estimated processing time after you place your order.

Pre-Order Products: Processing and shipping times are clearly marked on the product page under “Estimated Shipping Date.” We will ship the product as soon as it is in stock and send a shipping confirmation email to notify you.

Peak Seasons: During high-volume shopping periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days. We will post a notice on our website homepage to inform customers of extended processing times in advance.

4. Order Tracking
We provide real-time order tracking so you can monitor the status of your shipment. Here’s how to track your order:

Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order is shipped, as the carrier needs time to scan and process the package. If you do not see tracking updates within 48 hours, contact us at support@drapebd.com.
5. Shipping Exceptions and Notes

Delivery Confirmation: For orders with a value of $200 or more, the carrier will require a signature upon delivery to ensure the package is received safely. If you are unable to sign for the package, you can: Authorize the carrier to leave the package at a designated location (e.g., front porch, mailbox) by adding a note to your order during checkout or contacting the carrier directly.

Reschedule delivery for a more convenient time through the carrier’s website or customer service.
Address Changes: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to change the address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@drapebd.com. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address, and you may need to contact the carrier to redirect the package (fees may apply).
Delivery Delays: While we strive to ensure on-time delivery, delays may occur due to: Force majeure (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics).
Carrier errors (e.g., sorting delays, missed deliveries).
Customs holds (for orders to U.S. territories).
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Undeliverable Orders: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., invalid address, recipient unresponsive), we will contact you within 3 business days to offer the following options: Re-ship the order (you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee).
Issue a full refund (excluding the original shipping fee).
Damaged or Lost Packages: If you receive a damaged package or your package is lost in transit: Damaged packages: Refuse delivery and ask the carrier for a damage report. Contact us within 24 hours with the order number, tracking number, and damage report. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund.
Lost packages: Contact us within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will track the package with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
